1. To
view and print these files you will need Acrobat Reader installed on
your
computer. If you do not, then click the Acrobat Reader icon on the
right and follow
the instructions on your screen.

2. To download an MS Word file, click
on the file name and follow the instructions to save the file to
your
hard disk. Then, using Windows Explorer, go to the folder where you
saved the file and click
onto the file name (which has an .exe
or .zip extension). The file will automatically unzip and leave you
with an MS
Word .doc file. Use MS Word v97 or a later version to enter details
into the file.

| If you use a Word Processing package other than MS Word,
(e.g. WordPerfect) and you cannot read unzipped MS Word file, then
contact Virginia Turner to
arrange for another file suitable for your Word Processing package.
