The Make a Start online physical activity directory details a wide range of activities available for older adults in inner west and south west Sydney. Users can search for local programs by activity type and area. Activities range from gentle exercise, aqua fitness, Tai Chi and walking, to dance, pilates, yoga and cycling. Areas covered include Canterbury and Bankstown, the inner west, Fairfield and Liverpool, Macarthur and parts of the Southern Highlands.
