Make a Start physical activity directory for older adults
Make a start...it's never too late to exercise!
No matter what a person’s age, being physically active has many health benefits. As well as preventing a range of health problems such as heart disease, arthritis and some cancers, physical activity is the best way for older adults to reduce their risk falling. All it takes is just 30 minutes of exercise on most days of the week to stay healthy.
To search for a range of physical activities in Sydney’s inner west and south western suburbs go to the Make a Start online physical activity directory.
