We offer more than 180 different face-to-face courses. We use TotalLMS, an enterprise-wide learning management system, to manage our course administration. It allows you to:

  • search for courses

  • view course outlines

  • register for courses

  • approve applications, if you are a manager

  • undertake e-learning

  • print training transcripts and certificates of completion

  • complete course evaluations

All staff have access to TotalLMS. Visiting medical officers, students, contractors, volunteers and visitors do not have access to TotalLMS. They must submit a completed Course application form.

Registering for a course on TotalLMS

To register for a face-to-face course, you need to log on to TotalLMS, find your course and then register for it.

To log on for the first time:

  • click Start TotalLMS below

  • in the Username field, type your 8-digit employee number

  • in the Password field, type password

  • change your password when prompted

Accessing TotalLMS

You can access TotalLMS from anywhere, with either a computer, tablet or smartphone. (Some e-learning content only plays on certain devices - see e-learning for details.)

To access TotalLMS:

  • start your browser

  • go to

  • click Courses or e-learning

  • click Start TotalLMS
