The RPAH Elimination Diet Handbook with food and
shopping guide replaces the booklets, "The Simplified Elimination Diet"
(introduction from this booklet) and "Salicylates, Amines and
Glutamate" (introduction from this booklet).
The new handbook is intended to be used for the investigation and management of
people with suspected food intolerance.
This handbook is available for interested
dietitians and medical practitioners to purchase for
their patients. It is also available to members of
the public. However dietary elimination and
challenge testing is a complex process which should
be done under medical and dietetic supervision.
The handbook can be purchased at AU$22.00
(plus postage). Bulk and international orders are also
available.
